About this site
cilippofilia.dev is the personal website of Filippo Cilia, an individual developer based in Manchester, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The apps
This site describes my apps, but it doesn't sell them or license them to you. Apps downloaded from the App Store or TestFlight are governed by Apple's terms and each app's own terms and privacy policy. Descriptions of apps still in development show plans, not promises, and features and release dates may change.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, app names, app icons, design and code of this site belong to me. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short extracts with credit. Don't copy, republish or reuse the content in any other way without my permission. Source code that I publish under an open-source licence on GitHub is covered by that licence instead.
Trademarks
Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, iPhone, iPad, Mac, iCloud, Swift, SwiftUI and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. Other product and company names belong to their respective owners.
Using the site
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit fake scores to the games. Game scores and leaderboards are just for fun and may be reset or removed at any time. If you find a security issue, please email me.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". I try to keep it accurate and online, but I don't guarantee that it's complete, current, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
